Rainey He on pole position for Ford at Ordos

Chang’an Ford FRD driver Rainey He has claimed pole position in the Super Production class race at the Ordos International Circuit in Inner Mongolia.

Ford drivers Rainey He and Jiang Tengyi claimed the front row for the Chang’an Ford FRD Team after setting their best laps in the beginning of qualifying session.

Jim Ka To of the Kia 778 Autosport team qualified third ahead of the third highest Ford FRD driver, Fan Guo Xian.

The 1.6 litre turbocharged ‘SPT’ class runners of the Volkswagen team showed great pace, with Gao Hua Yang and Wang Rue securing the third row of the grid.

In the China Production Class race, Liu Yang of the Beijing Hyundai Racing team took pole position ahead of his team-mate Cui Yue.
