Robert Dahlgren hopes to bounce back at Anderstorp

Robert Dahlgren had a tough start to the TTA – Racing Elite League season with retirement on the start grid due to clutch failure. For this weekend’s TTA race at Anderstorp, the Volvo driver hopes to bounce right back to the top.
“When I went home after Karlskoga I just wanted to head straight for Anderstorp. My goal is clearly set on being in the very top fight at Anderstorp,” said Dahlgren.

While not being at all pleased with the setup of the car in qualifying at Karlskoga, Dahlgren set the fourth fastest time.
“We made some changes that didn’t work and things overall didn’t turn out as we hoped for. But I was pleased with fourth, keeping in mind that we were way off on the setup,” said Dahlgren.

The TTA tested two days at Anderstorp in early May, two test days which Dahlgren were pleased with after setting fourth fastest time overall.
“I got a lot of kilometers done at Anderstorp last time and we got a good base for the race setup. I feel much more optimistic ahead of Anderstorp than I did for Karlskoga. The goal is set on the top and if that means victory or a podium is another thing. But the feeling is good and it is revenge time,” said Dahlgren.
