Alx Danielsson confirmed to continue for Brovallen Design

Alx Danielsson made a strong impression on the TTA – Racing Elite League field by claiming pole and a podium finish in his second ever race of the championship. Brovallen Design has confirmed that he is going to continue for them ahead of the mid-season race at Falkenberg in two weeks time.

“I am really grateful that Tobias Johansson is giving me the chance to race in the TTA,” said Danielsson.

The podium finish meant that Danielsson climbed to fifth in the championship, despite missing the first race of the year.

“I started racing again just over three weeks ago while the others in the series has known for six months that they are going to drive. If someone said to me that I would be fifth in the TTA three weeks ago, I wouldn’t have believed it. I think that Robert Dahlgren summarized it good in a TV interview when he said that the level of drivers in the TTA is as high as in the WTCC. In order to find a championship with the same level of drivers, we have to compare TTA with international championships,” said Danielsson.

Team Manager Tobias Johansson is confident that Danielsson will continue for the remaining five races of the season.

“We have interested partners on the way in to the team and I think we can get things in place to have Alx to drive for the rest of the season for us,” said Johansson.
