Grid revised after Newsham, Austin and Bratt lose best laps
Dave Newsham, Rob Austin and Will Bratt have all lose their fastest times from qualifying after the stewards deemed all three drivers gained an unfair advantage from driving off track.
Team ES Racing Vauxhall driver Newsham had qualified in second place, but now drops to fifth, whilst Rob Austin drops from 13th to 17th and his team-mate Will Bratt from 19th to 22nd.
This promotes Mat Jackson to the front-row in the NGTC-specification Ford Focus ST of Motorbase Performance, and has a small benefit for points leader Gordon Shedden, who moves up to 19th on the grid courtesy of Will Bratt’s penalty.
