Franco Vivian’s Chevrolet Cruze goes pink for cancer charity

Franco Vivian’s Equipo YPF Chevrolet Cruze drops its tradional blue livery this weekend as the 26-year-old driver will run in an all-pink livery in aid of the LALCEC Liga Argentina de Lucha Contra el Cáncer, the Argentinian League Against Cancer.

The livery is to raise awareness and to aid early detection of breast cancer, the fourth highest cause of fatality in Argentina, with the South American country abnormally high in the World Health Rankings, with only Guyana on the same continent with a poorer rating.

It is the second consecutive year that Vivian’s Chevrolet has dropped the blue YPF colours for the LALCEC paint scheme in the Argentinian Super TC 2000 Championship.

Parent company Chevrolet USA has been associated with the American Cancer Society for 12 years, with Chevrolet Argentina pairing up with LALCEC last season.
