Audi remains the heaviest car for second Norisring race

The Audi RS 5 will remain the heaviest car on the grid for the second DTM race at Norisring this afternoon.

The performance weights issued after second qualifying see the Audis gain 2.5kg to take them up to 1,127.5kg, with Mercedes also gaining 2.5kg and tipping the scales at 1.117.5kg.

The BMW M4 DTM sheds 2.5kg and drops to a weight of 1,115kg.

The calculations are based on the ideal laps of Mattias Ekström (47.745); Lucas Auer (47.733) and Marco Wittmann (47.799) respectively, based on their best sectors set during this morning’s session.
