Stat Attack: BTCC 2016 in numbers

It’s hard to believe that a month has now passed since Gordon Shedden successfully defended his BTCC title on a dramatic final day of the season at Brands Hatch.

With everything now officially decided after Triple Eight withdrew it’s appeal into the exclusion of Josh Cook at Silverstone, it seemed as good a time as any to look at some of the stats from the season, with a run-down of some interesting figures from the 2016 campaign…
