Video: Extensive repair process following 250 km/h Supercars crash

Charlie Schwerkolt Racing and Brad Jones Racing are working hard to repair the cars of Lee Holdsworth and Nick Percat following the massive 250 km/h-crash in the first Supercars race of the Melbourne weekend.

Percat’s brakes failed coming into Turn 1 at top speed, leaving the Brad Jones Racing driver as a passenger, going over the grass and back over the circuit, collecting an unsuspecting Holdsworth on the way.

Both drivers walked away unhurt from the incident while they were forced out from the remainder of the weekend due to the massive damage to their Holden Commodores.

The teams are currently working hard to complete their cars ahead of the coming round in Tasmania on April 7-9th, with both teams confirming they will be ready in time.
