About TouringCarTimes
|
TouringCarTimes is a web based touring car news site founded in 1995. The site is one of the leading platforms in the world on providing Touring Car news.
TouringCarTimes covers the top touring car championships around the world, providing news, race reports, articles, photos and much more. We focus specifically on WTCC, BTCC, STCC, DTM but cover other series such as V8SC, TC2000, ETCC and more.
The original site was founded in 1995 by the Swede Johan Meissner, then only at 12 years of age. In 2006 Dutchman Rob Veltman joined Johan and merged his site TouringCarNews.net, forming the basis of what you see today. After 16 years on the World Wide Web makes this one of the oldest motorsport news websites in the world. In 2009 TouringCarTimes became a part of Mediaempire Stockholm AB.
TouringCarTimes currently have eleven people working actively for the site and a large number of contributors and various partners.
The ambition for TouringCarTimes is to provide the fastest and most interesting news from touring car racing across the world!
