Former F1 track Anderstorp host the first of the three final TTA – Racing Elite League races this weekend.
The Swedish Automobile Sports Federation (SBF) started negotiations between STCC and TTA earlier in this week in an attempt to get the two championships together for 2013.
Jocke Mangs made his TTA debut at Karlskoga last weekend for Citroën team Brovallen Design and the Swede hails the level of the drivers in the championship.
The split between the STCC and TTA has seemingly taken a new turn as talks between the two championships have resumed via the Swedish Automobile Sports Federation (SBF).
The TTA – Racing Elite League race at Karlskoga provided a lot more action compared to the previous races. With safety car sessions and a light rain, the battles were many for the 32 lap race.
Alx Danielsson was right in the thick of the action in the fifth TTA – Racing Elite Leauge of 2012 at Karlskoga which proved to be eventful, too eventful according to the Citroën driver.
Fredrik Ekblom and Thed Björk secured a Volvo 1-2 in the TTA – Racing Elite League race at Karlskoga, a race that proved to be extremely eventful.
Fredrik Ekblom claimed pole position in a dramatic qualifying session at Karlskoga.
Fredrik Ekblom turned around a poor first test session at Karlskoga where he was second to last, to being fastest in the second session.
Fredrik Larsson was fastest in the first practice session at Karlskoga, held in drying conditions.
