1) Being a Chinese I'm not so optimistic about the combination of CTCC and JTCC, despite of historical issues, (their uneasy relationship after World War II) the CTCC could seek alliance with HK's and Macau's Touring Car Championships first, while JTCC maybe easier to co-operate first with Korean TCC (aka The Super 2000 Class of Korean CJ Super Race Series).
2) The Asian Touring Car Championship (ATCC) is already exists, even though a downgrade to "Series" and with a lean suvival during this year (partly combined with Macau's TCC). The graduation of joint CTCC & JTCC towards ATCC will be possible with the agreement of AFOS and Mr. Danny Stancy Chau, the regular race-driver and underlying organizer of the present ATCC(S).
