Josh Price excluded – Ant Whorton-Eales gains pole for Race 3

Team BMR Subaru driver Josh Price has been excluded from the second race at Knockhill for a yellow flag infringement, losing his career-best result of seventh in the championship.

Price had charged through the field to finish in seventh position, while also involved in a battle with the Team Dynamics Honda of Matt Neal which ended up with Neal in the gravel.

The 18-year-old would go on to finish seventh after passing the BTC Chevrolet of Dave Newsham on the last lap, but after the race it was found he’d advanced under yellow flags and has been excluded from the race.

The change promotes AmD Tuning’s Ant Whorton-Eales to pole for the top ten reversed grid in his Audi S3, with Rory Butcher now second in the Motorbase Performance Ford.
