Triple Eight tests two new drivers during ‘Evaluation Day’

Triple Eight Race Engineering has tested two new drivers during their ‘Evaluation Day’ with the new Holden ZB Commodore in the form of Jordan Taylor and Kurt Kostecki.

American racer Taylor is the reigning IMSA prototype and Pirelli World Challenge champion while Kostecki works as a mechanic for the team as well as racing in the Dunlop Super2 Series.

Teams can use the Evaluation Day to test with approval from the Supercars organisers as long as none of the regular drivers get behind the wheel.

The first official pre-season test of the year takes place at Sydney Motorsport Park on February 16th.
