Soft tyre choices announced for Rockingham

The soft tyre choices have been announced for today’s three races at Rockingham, which look set to take place under bright, sunny skies.

As has been the case for much of the season, the vast majority will run the soft tyre in the third and final race.

It marks a change from Knockhill, where the majority of drivers opted to run the tyre in the second race, and it turned out to be the faster of the two compounds on the day.

The tyre choices are as follows:

Race One: Alain Menu, Aiden Moffat, Jack Goff, Warren Scott, Jack Clarke, Robb Holland, Marc Hynes

Race Two: Andrew Jordan, Chris Stockton, Martin Depper, Tom Ingram

Race Three: Matt Neal, Colin Turkington, Mat Jackson, Fabrizio Giovanardi, Rob Collard, Simon Belcher, Dan Welch, Dave Newsham, Nick Foster, James Cole, Glynn Geddie, Adam Morgan, Aron Smith, Lea Wood, Ollie Jackson, Gordon Shedden, Hunter Abbott, Sam Tordoff, Jason Plato, Rob Austin
