Romy Dall’Antonia wins Trofeo Italia Turismo at Bologna Motorshow

BF Motorsport’s Romy Dall’Antonia won the Trofeo Italia Turismo, the race which traditionally closes the Italian racing season at the famous Bologna Motorshow.

On the twisty track built in the Area 48 of the fair, the SEAT driver battled it out in the final heat against Massimo Arduini in his TCT-class Citroën C3 Max in the Race of Champions-like shootout.

Arduini had won the semi-final against fellow TCT driver Andrea Mosca, at the wheel of the Alfa Romeo Giulietta Quadrifoglio, while Dall’Antonia had earned his spot in the final after a tight battle with regular season rival Daniele Cappellari in his family run SEAT.

The fight during the final was very tight, so much that the drivers were separated by as little as 0.03s at the finish line. Cappellari earned the final podium spot in the other final against Mosca.

SEAT youngster Matteo Greco won a close final against Gabriele Volpato in the TCS class.
