Simonsson new Mercedes driver

Tobias Johansson today revealed his team mate at the Malmö Motorshow. The second driver is Hans Simonsson. Simonsson will drive the second Mercedes C-Class, a car independently build by Tobias Johansson´s team. Hans has driven endurance racing in a Saab the last couple of years and is 41 years old.

“It feels nice to have two cars on the grid. Hans is a good driver and also a very nice person, so I look forward to this season. We have worked intensively during a long time both with development and construction of the cars, and not to forget with the budget. The budget isn´t 100% ready but I´m not that worried about that part. Now it´s all about getting the cars on the track and start a intensive work to get a working setup so we can be on the pace directly. Then the goal is to move on to the top of the pack,” Tobias said.
