Björk won the 2nd qualifying race

Thed Björk won the second qualifying race today at Knutstorp. Björk won the race ahead of Rustad in second place and Ekblom third. “It went really well, I was second behind Rustad just waiting for him to make a mistake. As he the mistake came I went past and got a gap”, Thed said after the race.

There were furious battles through out the entire field. Three drivers had a extra hard battle, Stureson, Göransson and Sandström. Göransson pushed Stureson hard through a series of tight corners. But Stureson managed to keep his Peugeot on the track.

Instead Sandström launched his Volvo on the inside of Göransson. Sandström managed to get past pushing Göransson on to the grass.

The positions of these two qualifying heats means that Rustad hols pole position for the final race. Sandström will start second and Björk third. The final race starts at 15.20 EST, stay tuned!
