Second Peugeot?

There could be two Peugeot 407 in STCC next year. IPS Motorsport will run one car for Johan Stureson, just as last year. Preparations for a second car has been in the works for a while now.

“Two cars gives many advantages when testing and developing the cars, but also for developing the drivers when you can compare the data logging”, team manager Per Stureson said to nsk.se.

Previous STCC-driver Robin Rudholm was virtually ready for the second Peugeot seat when his main sponsor pulled out. The team is currently looking for another driver.
