Changes to calendar

The calendar for the 2006 STCC season is almost ready. A preliminary calendar was released earlier, but this current one has some changes to it.

The race in Norway is gone and the final race is moved to the first of October. The new track Gotland ring is still there, but awaiting some construction work for it to be approved by FIA.
