The season is getting closer

The STCC-teams are starting their testing for the coming season. The BMW team West Coast Racing ran a test at Falkenberg last week. Driver Robin Rudholm was present and felt satisfied with his first test of the season.

– I’m in love. It felt really good and we were able to do 40-50 laps. The car is running great and the team is really proffessional. It will ofcourse be difficult to get those last three tenths in a test like this, but I got comfortable quick and I’m happily surprised, Rudholm said to STCC.se. Team mate Duncan Huisman was not present at Falkenberg.

The Audi team is currently in Spain, testing two of their Audi A4’s. Thed Björk and Fredrik Ekblom are driving the two cars, Ekblom is driving same car as he drove last year and Björk is in the one Kristoffersson used.

– It is a solid testing schedule and there is no room for mistakes. When they get back from Spain they only have time to change underware before it is time to test for real in Sweden, team boss Tommy Kristoffersson said.

The first test of the season will take place at Anderstorp next week.
