Fight before the season start

The fight has already started before the season start. As we reported earlier – Johan Sturesson, Peugeot, collided with Duncan Huisman, BMW, during a photoshoot-session. The cars were driving slowly down the main straight behind a car with photographers.

As the cars were shifting positions Huisman and Sturesson collided (as seen in the picture) which resulted in both of them going off the track. At least the Peugeot-team needs major repairs on their 407, no reports on the damage of the BMW.

As both of the drivers got out of their cars – the yelling started.

– What the hell are you doing, Sturesson yelled.

– What I’m doing?! I was hit, Huisman replied.

As the dust settled and the drivers got back in to the pitlane both had different views.

– I was going to pass, I got hit and spun, Huisman said.

– I don’t want to blaim anyone, but it’s crap when it ruins my test day, but I don’t want to speculate in whose fault it was, Huisman continued.

Team manager for the Peugeot team, Per Stureson, had no doubt on whose fault it was and had strong opinions about Huisman.

– Idiotic, this make you rethink. It isn’t that fun to compete in a series with these idiots, Per Stureson said.

This will be a hectic season!
