Audi dominates Falkenberg test

The Audi-team topped the time sheets of the official testing session at Falkenberg yesterday. Fredrik Ekblom was fastest ahead of his team mate Thed Björk. Their other team mate and team boss Tommy Kristoffersson was fourth, behind Volvo-driver Robert Dahlgren.

“It feels really good to be back after the break. The goal is to extend the championship lead,” Björk said.

The test was run without any major incidents. Carl Rosenblad spun off the track and struk a guard rail lightly. The car will be ready for the race this weekend. The drivers were lapping the 1843 km long track with an average speed of 140-145 km/h.

13 cars were within one second.
