Rosenblad ready after accident

Carl Rosenblad crashed heavily in the fastest corner of the Falkenberg circuit during practice. A brake tubing broke and left Rosenblad without any brakes, he spun the car and went straight in to a barrier. Fortiunatly Rosenblad was unhurt and his car will be ready for the race tomorrow.

“You drive with faith to the car and to the tracks. You have time to think quite alot before the impact and I thought if I should put the car with the rear end first or the side. I managed to put it with the rear right of the car which is the best part for a BMW,” Rosenblad said.

The impact was hard and even Rosenblads seat broke. But according to the medical staff, Rosenblad just left the car and stated that it was rather a broken seat than a broken back. Rosenblad’s team has managed to repair the car.

“That feels great. The guys in the team have worked so hard and it looked grim for a while. A broken engine hold ment that there was some damage under the hood,” Rosenblad said.
