Two cars for Peugeot 2007?

Johan Sturesson will be on the Swedish Touring Car Championship grid of 2007 with Peugeot and IPS Motorsport. Last season Sturesson was joined by Stefan Söderberg in the second car. For this season it is unclear if a second Peugeot will be on the grid.

“We have one more car, but we have not solved the financial part or found a driver for it. We have some candidates, there is still time. I would think there is a 50% chance that there will be two cars on the grid from us,” Stureson said.

The team continues with the same Peugeot 407 as last year, but with upgrades.
“It is mainly the engine that is upgraded. We have tested it and improved the reliability and found some extra power. Some fine tuning has also been done on the chassis and drive train,” Stureson said.
