Eriksson & Lestrup with Troberg

Picko Troberg who ran a BMW 320i E46 for David Björk will this year run two BMW 320i E46, which he has bought from West Coast Racing (driven by Huisman & Rudholm last year). Drivers for the cars were confirmed today – youngsters Fredrik Lestrup and Roger Eriksson.

“It is almost like a dream. It feels fantastic,” Eriksson said. “I am very proud to be a part of the team. I have nothing to loose, I will try to show the older more established drivers how things should be done.”

“It is fantastic that they are going for two new untested drivers. This is a step in the right direction. The goal is to be ahead of “Flash” and Kristoffersson in the first race,” Lestrup said.

Both of them are new to the Swedish Touirng Car Championship. Eriksson won the Junior Touring Car Championship. Lestrup also competed in the JTCC and finished fourth in the championship.
