Privateer Viktor Huggare joins STCC

Viktor Huggare will make his Swedish Touring Car Championship debute this season. Huggare will drive a BMW 320i E46 in the Privateers Cup called Caran Cup. The young Swede, 21 years old, has previously driven Radical and Formula Renault.

“It is going to be really interestning. I have no idea how well I can do compared to the others. The ones driving STCC today is the absolute top of Swedish racing, so it is going to be tough,” Huggare said.

The car Huggare is going to drive is the one Joakim Frid drove in the privateers cup last season. Huggare will complete a couple of pre-season tests in Germany before the official STCC-tests starts.
