Dahlgren tops first Knutstorp practice

Winner of the last race Robert Dahlgren topped the first test at Knutstorp today, Sunday. “This feels good. I hope we can keep this form to the qualifying,” Dahlgren said. The Volvo-man had a time of 1:02.217 with three BMW’s behind him. Ekblom was second, his team mate Rudholm third and Göransson with his newly build chassis fourth. Thed Björk rounded out top five.

The session was red flagged after only a couple of laps as two cars collided, according to reports – Andersson and one of the Mercedes-cars. Thankfully both car seemed ok.

Thed Björk’s fifth place was impressive keeping in mind that the Audi-man spent the first part of the practice session in the pits with some kind of problems.

Next up is qualifying and super pole at 12.30 CET.
