Dahlgren takes Norwegian pole

Robert Dahlgren will start from pole position today at Våler in Norway. After a hectic qualifying session that started wet but dried up to the super pole, Dahlgren was satisified with his time.
“We have worked hard, changed from wet to dry settings. I am really glad and proud of the team,” said Dahlgren.

Second was Richard Göransson in the BMW 320si, a tenth behind the Volvo-driver.
“It feels very nice. With these strange weather conditions second place is very good. The others will have to watch out in the race,” said Göransson.

Third was championship leader Fredrik Ebklom.
“Starting third is a good position on the grid. It was hard to know how much to push with some wet patches on the track,” said Ekblom.

Fourth was Robin Rudholm and rounding out top five was Janne “Flash” Nilsson. The race starts at 15.00 CET.
