Opel Team Sweden still hoping for Rustad

Opel Team Sweden is still aiming to have the previous STCC champion Tommy Rustad as their driver next season. Not all details are ready for the team yet that is hoping to run the Opel Astra that they ran this year.
“I hope that we will be at the grid, we have everything that we need,” said teamboss Anders Warnestad.

The team ended the season on a high note, winning the season finale at Mantorp Park in rainy conditions.

“We still have some question marks left. We want to have Rustad behind the wheel. We don’t know yet how things are going with Rustad’s rallycross plans, but of course we hope that he will go STCC again,” said Warnestad.
