Estonian team to enter two Honda Accords

The Estonian team Artman Racing is aiming to run two Honda Accord’s in the Swedish Touring Car Championship 2008. The team ran one STCC-race, the premiere at Sturup, in 2007 with Russian driver Andrey Smetsky. The team is currently advertising for mechanics to their team on their webpage.

The Honda Accord’s have previously been run in the World Touring Car Championship and the Russian Touring Car Championship. The team won 12 of 14 races in the RTCC and finished fifth in the ETC Cup with Alexander Lvov behind the wheel.

There is no information on how many races they intend to race in the STCC or who will be behind the wheel. But most likely it will be regular drivers Andrey Smetsky and Alexander Lvov.
