Dahlgren tests new Volvo C30 on ice

Robert Dahlgren and the Volvo team Polestar Racing are preparing them selves for the coming season – on snow! Dahlgren drove the car on ice in Sälen, Sweden.
“The car is extremely fun to drive, we got around three hours driving and a couple of 100 laps around the ice,” said Dahlgren to STCC.se.

The Volvo C30 Dahlgren drove on the ice was equipped with ice-tyres but was not in complete S2000-specification, but with several parts that are being prepared for the final version of the car to STCC.

“It is not the car I will drive in STCC this year. I would like to describe it as a more sophisticated S60-challenge (support race for STCC in the past) but in C30-edition,” said Dahlgren.

The car, team and Dahlgren are present in Sälen in three weeks where the public are invited to get a ride in the car.
