Driver quotes prior to the race
Thed Björk – Honda Accord
“Despite the fact that I did not score any points in the first race we have brought all the positive things to this race. We know that we were very fast in the qualifying at Knutstorp, we know that we are very fast at Sturup. Now we are going to manage what we have learnt.”
Fredrik Ekblom – BMW 320si
“It is going to be nice to be back at Sturup. We are holding the flag high and it feels good. You cannot be anything but positive when you have successful tests and races with you. Lets see how it translates when we are back on track again.”
Richard Göransson – BMW 320si
“The season could not have started better. I am looking forward to Sturup, we were really quick there last year and we will work hard to stay on top. My goal is to keep the championship for the entire season.”
Johan Stureson – Peugeot 308
“We did not have time to adjust the car properly in the premiere. But things are looking nice for Sturup and the possibilites are great.”
