The Swedish Touring Car Championship race at Gothenburg City Race Arena was an success. 10.000 spectators visited the event on friday and 28.000 on saturday making it the most visited STCC race in history. Thed Björk won the race after overtaking pole-man Robert Dahlgren in the pits. Fredrik Ekblom finished third, after an impressive Thomas Schie, and re-took the championship lead.
