New front suspension for Swedish Chevrolet

The Swedish Chevrolet team has taken one podium finish so far. With a new front suspension the team is aiming to take more in the final four races of the Swedish Touring Car Championship 2008.
“We think it is going to help us be quicker around the tights track in Sweden. Our goal is to finish the season in top five in both the drivers and team championship,” said team boss Nicklas Karlsson to STCC.se.

The new front suspension has been developed with the Chevrolet World Touring Car Championship team RML.

The Norwegian Chevrolet-man Thomas Schie has relaxed in Portugal during the summer break of STCC. Today he is very eager to get back to the racing.

“I am very eager to get back in the car this weekend. We had a good race at Gelleråsen last time when we finished fourth. With the update of the car it will be even better this time,” said Schie.

The STCC returns after the five week long summer break at Gelleråsen this weekend for the eight race of eleven.
