Penalty weight list for Våler
New weights have been calculated for the penultimate Swedish Touring Car Championship round at Våler in Norway. Richard Göransson took over the championship lead with the win at Knutstorp and also the top of the weight list. His BMW weighs in at 1210 kilos, a whopping 105 kilos heavier compared to the lightest car of the field – the Peugeot 308 of Johan Stureson.
Göransson’s championship contenders Fredrik Ekblom and Thed Björk are further down in the list after scoring low at Knutstorp. Ekblom weighs 1165 and Björk 1150.
Robert Dahlgren in the Volvo C30 climbs in the weight list after his podium finish at Knutstorp. His C30 will weigh 1143 at Våler while his team mate Tommy Rustad, who crashed during qualifying, will have 1113 kilos in his car.
