Schie will continue for Chevrolet

The Swedish Touring Car Championship Chevrolet team has confirmed their driver for 2009. The Norwegian Thomas Schie will continue to drive for the team.
“I am very glad that I have reached an agreement with the team for next year at this early stage,” said Schie.

Schie ended seventh in the championship this year with a second place in the Gothenburg street race as his best finish.

“I know that I am capable to win and that the Chevrolet has got the speed for it. I feel very comfortable in the team and it is important that we already now can start to work on improving every little detail around the car and the team,” said Schie.
