Erik Olsson new chief chairman of STCC

Erik Olsson has been appointed chief chairman of STCC AB. The Swede has previously worked as MD for the Swedish mail service Posten.
“I want to contribute to the fact that STCC continues to grow outside the boundaries of Sweden,” said Olsson.

The owner of STCC, Rikard Pålsson, is pleased to have Olsson onboard.

“Erik has got the commitment to STCC and motorsport needed and he has got the successful experience of leading positions needed to develop STCC for the future,” said Pålsson.

Olsson has during the last 20 years been in leading positions for major Swedish companies. He was MD for Posten between the years 2003 to 2008.

“I have followed STCC closely during the last couple of years and I know the interest existing for motorsport. But there is also a great development potential of STCC,” said Olsson.
