Flash Engineering one-two at Gelleråsen

The Swedish Touring Car Championship field is closer than ever. Flash Engineering ended up on top after the second official test day of the year at Gelleråsen. Thed Björk was fastest ahead of team mate Jan “Flash” Nilsson.
“It is a great feeling that we are fastest together! I have a lot to learn still, but it is nice to get an indication that we are on the right track,” said Björk.

Only 0.046 seconds separated the two Flash Engineering drivers.

“It is nice to be fastest, but it is still a test. We have a lot of work to do on the coming test days,” said “Flash”.

Previous Flash Engineering driver, now WestCoast Racing driver, Richard Göransson was third fastest. The reigning champion was only 0.098 seconds behind Björk.

Robert Dahlgren was fourth fastest ahead of a strong running Tomas Engström and Robin Rudholm. Those three drivers were spectacularly close to each other, a mere nine thousands of a second separated them.

Mattias Andersson was seventh fastest ahead of the two norwegians Tommy Rustad of Volvo and Thomas Schie of Chevrolet.

Roger Eriksson in the SEAT Léon rounded off top ten.
