Volkswagen tops weight list for Gelleråsen

The penalty weights for the second Swedish Touring Car Championship race weekend at Gelleråsen have been set. The two bio gas powered Volkswagen Scirocco’s of Fredrik Ekblom and Patrik Olsson still top the list with 1250 kilos because of their issue with the STCC organisation over the regulations (more about that in a later story).

Previous race winner and championship leader Richard Göransson is behind the two Volkswagen’s with 1230 kilos.

And its three BMW’s behind the Volkswagen’s with Flash Engineering drivers Thed Björk, 1220 kilos, and Jan Nilsson, 1200 kilos.

Tommy Rustad is heaviest of the Volvo’s with 1194 kilos while his team mate Robert Dahlgren has got 1174 kilos.
