Simonsen returns with KMS in Gothenburg

Andreas Simonsen is going to return to the Swedish Touring Car Championship in Gothenburg with an Audi A4 from Kristoffersson Motorsport. The young Swede took part in the Gothenburg race last year.
“It was good fun to drive back home in Gothenburg last year with the Audi, so we made a deal with Tommy Kristoffersson to drive again,” said Simonsen.

Simonsen finished 11th last year in the Gothenburg race after a drive through penalty.

Before the penalty Simonsen was on his way to a sensational point finish in his first ever STCC race.

“It would be nice to finish on the podium in the privateers cup and of course extra nice to finish in the points of the main class this year,” said Simonsen.

Simonsen takes part in the German SEAT Leon Supercopa championship this year along side this drive.
