Pole position again for Robert Dahlgren
Robert Dahlgren once again claimed pole position at Knutstorp. But the opponents were closer this time compared to the other times, Robin Rudholm was only one hundredths of a second behind and Dahlgren’s team mate Tommy Rustad three hundredths of a second behind.
“This time I am going to keep it! But I have a lot of hungry BMW drivers behind me, it is not going to be easy,” said Dahlgren.
Rudholm was pleased with his second position even though he was a bit irritated over the small gap he missed pole with.
“It was a good run and I think it is going to be hard getting any more out of the car than that. A shame about the small gap to pole though,” said Rudholm.
Thed Björk continues to be in the top despite carrying maximum penalty weight of 60 kilos.
“I am very pleased! The car worked fine and I am going to try and fight hard with the guys in front in the race,” said Björk.
Reigning champion is going to start fifth ahead of Jan “Flash” Nilsson and Mattias Andersson.
Johan Stureson was the last man in the Q2 session with his Peugeot 308 and was over a second behind the pole time.
