Tommy Rustad on pole at Falkenberg
Tommy Rustad was a happy Norwegian after the qualifying session at Falkenberg. The Volvo man out qualified his team mate Robert Dahlgren with 0.152 seconds.
“I am very pleased, the team has done a great work with the car today,” said Rustad.
Third on the grid is Thed Björk who beat rival BMW driver Richard Göransson in the closing minutes of the session.
“The car worked perfectly and I am very happy with third! I am going to push really hard in the race,” said Björk.
Johan Stureson is going to start sixth ahead of team mate Mattias Andersson. Roger Eriksson took seventh time and Jan “Flash” Nilsson eight and last of the Q2 drivers.
Robin Rudholm, who has got most penalty weight, just missed the Q2 session and is going to start ninth ahead of Volkswagen driver Fredrik Ekblom.
