Controversial onboard video from Knutstorp

The Swedish Touring Car Championship race at Knutstorp went down in history as one of the most controversial. The stewards and debaters haven been busy after the race, debating the two main incidents of the two races. The Flash Engineering team has released their regular onboard video from the weekend, showing both incidents.

The two incidents that have been debated is, firstly, the one at the start of the second race.

Tommy Rustad was found guilty for it and was given a 30 second penalty, dropping him from seventh to 14th.

The incident took out Richard Göransson and Jan “Flash” Nilsson, while Rustad and Robin Rudholm were able to continue.

The other incident was the one between Thed Björk and Robert Dahlgren. Dahlgren was penalized with the hardest penalty in the history of STCC: Minus ten championship points.
