WestCoast Racing still fighting for two cars

WestCoast Racing is looking set to reduce to one car in the Swedish Touring Car Championship 2010 after their main sponsor, TOOLS, pulled out. But team boss Dick Jönsson-Wigroth is still fighting.
“I am humble ahead of the assignment to get two cars to the grid. It takes a proper budget to keep the quality and our budget is not ready yet,” said Jönsson-Wigroth to STCC.se.

Richard Göransson is going to drive the BMW that the team has secured budget for.

“It is going to be minimum one car and Richard Göransson is going to drive it,” said Jönsson-Wigroth.

Robin Rudholm, who has driven for the team during the past three seasons, looks set to leave the team and possibly STCC. But Jönsson-Wigroth is not ruling out the option to keep him in the team.

“There is no doubt about the fact that Rudholm is a very skilled driver that I would really like to see in one of our cars,” said Jönsson-Wigroth.
