Video – Volvo team test in Spain

The Volvo team of the Swedish Touring Car Championship completed another pre-season test at the Spanish track Guadix last week.
“We had a very good week. We could perform the test according to plan without interfering weather or technology,” said team boss Christian Dahl.

The team is testing new parts for the upgraded Volvo C30 ahead of the 2010 STCC season.

“We could confirm four new technical ideas,” said Dahl.

Robert Dahlgren was on scene at the test, driving over 400 laps, while reigning STCC champion and team mate Tommy Rustad was absent.

“We have a fantastic season ahead of us. I think we are heading for one of the most exciting STCC-seasons ever and if we win, we won it in Spain,” said Dahlgren after the test.
