Team Biogas.se pleased with first test

Team Biogas.se have completed their first test of the season today at Knutstorp. Drivers Patrik Olsson and Fredrik Ekblom were behind the wheel of the bio-gas powered Volkswagen Scirocco.
“It is really great fun to be back driving again. I am impressed by the development work done by Volkswagen Motorsport and KMS during the winter,” said Ekblom.

Olsson completed about 50 laps at Knutstorp today and was pleased with the progress.

“It is great fun to be at it again, it is important for me to get in to the driving. We knew already that the bio-gas is very good and stable, but it is nice to see that all the upgrades done during the winter works without error,” said Olsson.

Ekblom completed many laps at Knutstorp as well and was pleased with the difference of the upgraded car compared to the one of last season.

“Thanks to the development work there is a noticeable difference compared to last year, the car feels really good, but it is of course hard to say anything today on how we are going to stand compared to the others,” said Ekblom.

The team tested alongside WestCoast Racing, IPS Motorsport and Ebbesson Motorsport at Knutstorp today. Stay tuned for reports from the other teams.
