Volvo 1-2 at Jyllandsringen morning practice

Robert Dahlgren and Tommy Rustad was fastest in the morning practice session at Jyllandsringen. Dahlgren lapped the track in 1:09.834 with team mate Rustad just four hundredths of a second behind. Thed Björk headed five BMW’s, just nine thousands of a second slower than Rustad.

Jan Magnussen was fastest of the Danish drivers in fourth, two tenths slower than Dahlgren.

Richard Göransson was fifth fastest with fellow BMW-drivers Jan “Flash” Nilsson and Johan Stureson right behind him.

Mattias Andersson was eight fastest ahead of two SEAT’s. Roger Eriksson claimed ninth ahead of second best Danish driver Jens Reno Möller.

The session was briefly interrupted when the Swede Claes Hoffsten stranded his Alfa Romeo 156 in the gravel trap.
