Dahlgren fastest in Falkenberg morning practice

Robert Dahlgren was fastest in the morning test session at Falkenberg. The Volvo driver lapped the track in 45.392, three tenths faster than Thed Björk in second. Tommy Rustad made it two Volvo’s in the top three places, just 0.014 seconds behind Björk.

The times were even closer between Jan “Flash” Nilsson and Richard Göransson for fourth and fifth. A mere thousand of a second separated the both.

Dick Sahlén was sixth fastest, but a bit further behind, over seven tenths slower than Dahlgren.

Viktor Hallrup in the Chevrolet Cruze was seventh, Roger Eriksson in the SEAT Léon eight and Mattias Andersson in the Alfa Romeo 156 ninth.

Fredrik Ekblom was the first driver to be over a second slower than Dahlgren in tenth with the new S2000 specification Volkswagen Scirocco.
