Johan Kristoffersson ready for Volkswagen debut

Johan Kristoffersson is going to make his debut behind the wheel of a factory supported car at Jyllandsringen next weekend as he is going to drive the third Volkswagen Scirocco for Team Biogas.se.
“It feels fun an inspiring to get to drive for one of the biggest team in Sweden along with Volkswagen and EON,” said Kristoffersson stcc.se.

Kristoffersson is going to team up with regular drivers Fredrik Ekblom and Patrik Olsson.
“It is going to be very inspiring to drive with them. I have got a lot to learn from them,” said Kristoffersson.

The goal for Kristoffersson in the race at Jyllandsringen, a track he has never driven on, is to steal points from the competing teams.
“My goal is to be in the reversed grid and take some points. It is good if I am able to steal some points from the other top teams. It is not a golden situation but I am going to do my best,” said Kristoffersson.

The fact that the team boss, Tommy Kristoffersson, of Biogas.se is Johan’s father is not something that is bothering him despite some sharp remarks about it on forums around the net.
“Many seem to think that it is not too good. It is up to me to prove the opposite and that I am here on my merits. I know what it is about,” said Kristoffersson.
