Dahlgren blitzes Jyllandsringen to pole position

Robert Dahlgren blitzed Jyllandsringen to pole position, coming close to breaking the 1:10 minute barrier. James Thompson came closest to the Volvo-driver, two tenths slower, starting his last last lap with just seven seconds left of the session.

Tommy Rustad claimed third position on the grid, just 0.012 seconds ahead of Jens Reno Møller.

Richard Göransson came home a strong fifth, just three thousands of a second behind Møller, despite not having any new tyres left for the second qualifying session.

BMW-driver Casper Elgaard was sixth fastest ahead of Jan Magnussen and Fredrik Ekblom.
